1. Why am I required to sign up to use ATC?
The only reason why we require you to sign up to use ATC is to facilitate the feature that allows you to create custom Gamepacks. Your first and lastname are used as author information for the Gamepacks you create and your e-mail is only used in case you forget your password and need to reset it. This means that you are not forced to enter a valid e-mail address and real name, but are encouraged to do so.
2. No one can connect to my briefing session, what's wrong?
Make sure that you have given them the correct IP. Also make sure that the port you have launched your ATC server on is a port that is open for in- and outgoing traffic. This means that if you are behind a router or similar you have to make sure that it allows connection through that port. Refer to your router manual or manufacturer''s homepage for more info on how to achieve this.

You can also visit http://www.portforward.com for plenty of product specific guides on how to achieve this. A simple way of getting by without changing your router settings is to make sure that the server is hosted on a commonly open port. Ports that are usually open for traffic by default are port 21 and port 80.

You can use free services such as http://www.canyouseeme.org to check for open ports that you can use.
3. I can not connect to briefing sessions, what's wrong?
Please make sure you have the right IP address. Also make sure you have the right port to connect to. Make sure that your firewall allows ATC to send and receive traffic.
4. I can not log in to ATC, what's up?
To be able to log in to ATC you need to register an account. Please click on the 'Sign up' link in ATC to do so.
5. I have forgotten my ATC password, can I reset it?
No worries, you can change your password by clicking on the 'Forgot your password?' link in ATC.
6. I can't view my pictures/icons in ATC, what's wrong?
All pictures and icons are located on a web server. If the web server is down, or is having bandwidth issues, you may not be able to load your pictures/icons in ATC. In these cases ATC will display an error message. Please try to access your pictures/icons later, or consider transferring them to another web server.
7. When I start ATC it quickly blinks then dissapears. What's going on?
To fix this, you can reset the display settings for ATC by deleting the file called 'display.dat'. It is located in the 'Data' folder in your ATC installation directory.
8. How do I create/import/share Gamepacks?
Please read our tutorial to get a better grip on the topic of Gamepacks.
9. I can't log in to ATC, what's wrong?
Make sure that you have the latest version of ATC installed. If you still can't log in, try to reset your password by using the forgot password feature in ATC (refer to point 5 for more info).
